If you have 2 leagues below you then 4 teams must move down two take the 2+2 from each league that come up to join us 2+2 =4.

No...the OP is correct. There are 6 new teams into this League every new season now.
The two conference winners from here, move up into AA#1, and two of their bottom four drop into ours (the other two go into A#2). There are two BBB Leagues in the pyramid feeding this league, BBB#1 & BBB#2. They send their East and West Conference winners into ours, so 4 teams from this league, the two bottom dwellers of each Conference drop down into those two BBB Leagues.
All Leagues in the pyramids get 6 new teams each season except the top Pro Leagues, which only have an exchange of 4 (nobody is moving higher in those leagues), and the very bottom Leagues only have a turnover of 2 (nobody is moving lower, so it's just the two Conference winner moving up, replaced by two dropping teams)
We actually had a bit more turnover in here last year. Besides the normal 6 movement, I believe there was 1 or 2 that were a parallel move from another A league when some teams requested Bort move them for better balance to the League. I don't think Bort is doing that again this year though.

Anony and Billy..tsk, tsk...second straight season drop...don't know about the Beef since I don't follow West Conference, not sure where they came from or who they were in season 2...and LMG is like last season's Miami Sharks...a team that was one of the Conference leaders Season 1, then collapsed.
With 6 new teams each season, it won't take long for there to be much better competitive balance in all the Leagues. 5.33 seasons is all that is required for a complete turnover of the entire league. It's gonna be getting tougher for everybody who is a serious player in this game.

all i know is thank goodness nc state stayed =) , did my best to stay in the league and will continue to recruit and gameplan to stay competative here, so we'll see you boys next year and hopefully be good enough to add a little worry to you all =)
