If I take out a loan during the off season for stadium construction and pay it back as soon as I get ticket sales, will this be considered a season 3 loan or season 4 loan?

I would like to take a loan out during the off season for seat construction, pay it back with the ticket sales from the 4th season, and still be eligible to take out a loan during season 4 if needed for salaries.

So I guess what I am asking is: Is this off season considered season 3's off season or season 4's.
Still learning the process, any info would be greatly appreciated.

Day 40 is the last day of season 3. After that you are in season 4.

When will your team receive ticket sales for season 4.

Is there any kind of chart that might indicate the amount received from the transaction? Or is it simply guess and check?

Something in the line of:
9,000 normal seats @ $45 a pop would yield $405,000.
660 club seats @ $95 should give $62,700
So if season tickets get sold out my team should get $467,700 at these expected prices.
Is this number multiplied by each home game? So 8 x $467,700 = $3,741,600 for season 4 ticket sales.

Am I figuring this correctly? If not what contributing factors am I missing?

I think you might be mistaken Fixxxer. When you create a player during the offseason, it counts towards the season that was just completed. For example: My kicker, Somanylefts, was created on Season 2 Day 46. I think everything counts towards the last season until the next season starts. Not positive but I am willing to bet your money on it .

Good luck in the playoffs Fern. Glad we got to play together the first season of my ownership.

The thing you are missing there is the discount for season tickets. You do not want to sell all of your tickets by season tickets because then you lost some income. It is nice to have the influx of income at the begining of the season though.
