I'm actually going to make things a bit easier for everyone.

1) nominate one offensive and defensive player from your own team
2) Once everyone nominates their two players, everyone will use that pool of players to vote on.
3) so...you will still not be voting for players on your own team which will keep things objective, and the voting will go faster
