So now that we have finally reached week 16, it is finally time for interconference games. So what is your prediction boys and girls, who ends up with the better record this week, Alpha or Zeta?

I think Zata is a little more powerfull. But I think it will be prity much split.

(and just looking ahead a little into the playoffs wach out for the 7/2 seeding
(if it stays liverpool vs Scotland) Scotland has a great chance for an upset...)

Just my thoughts after doing some research on both Conferences:

Zeta Winners - Stallions, Bears, Kings, Tanks, Hammers, Maulers, Knights, Parrots, and Roosters.

Alpha Winners - Rippers, Scousers, Fire, Grizzlies, Scabs, Hares, and Pirates.

Zeta wins 9-7 vs. the Alpha Conference. These are just my thoughts, there should be several close games. I think the top of the Zeta Conference is very strong, we will see how things turn out. Good luck to all teams and good luck to teams heading into the playoffs.

Italian Stallions v. Barcelona Bulls - Winner Stallions
Brighton Bears v. New Yorkshire Bling - Winner Bears
Camelot Kings v. Zurich Gnomes - Winner Kings
Ironton Tanks v. Scotland Celtics - Winner Tanks
Chelsea Cardinals v. Liverpool Scousers - Winner Cardinals
Rockaway Knights v. Judah Lions - Winner Knights
Rome Bulls v. Whitechapel Rippers - Winner Bulls
Helsinki Hammers v. Rotterdam Harbourmasters - Winner Hammers
Munich Maulers v. Paris Penguins - Winner Maulers
Bay Area Invaders v. Madrid Hares - Winner Hares
Hamburg Parrots v. Tilburg Fighters - Winner Parrots
Gibraltar Wild Monkeys v. Ljublana Chamois Scabs - Winner Scabs
Eindhoven Breakers v. Massillon Grizzlies - Winner Grizzlies
Downey Vikings v. Amsterdam Fire - Winner Fire
Liege Red Roosters v. Cherry Valley Wizards - Winner Wizards
Copenhagen Razorbacks v. New Denmark Pirates - Winner Pirates

My prediction. Zeta wins 10-6, and the Bulls hand the Rippers their first loss of the season. I am a bit on the fence about the Bulls/Rippers game and the Breakers/Grizzlies. The Breakers came on strong at the end of the season, but I like the Grizzlies a little more in the matchup (should be a good one). I looked at the Bulls early on having a good chance of beating the Rippers. Their late season performances have certainly reinforced that fact with me. Plus, Luke just picked us to lose to Liverpool. I mean, come on. So, he pretty much made my decision for me.. Rome serving up some humble pie.

I guess we can only wait and see, right? Good luck, and by the way I eat Humble Pie everyday - it is what keeps me going.

Should be fun no matter what the outcome is. There should be more inter-conference games.

I like how my team is trying to make home field advantage for the playoffs and we get stuck with the Italian Stallions =(

I can tell you how tough a nut the Stallions are to crack. We just got done being on the bad end with a match up with them. It'll take something special for someone to stop them from winning the overall prize this year I think.

The Stallions are scary. It isn't liket here is a bad part of their game you can exploit.

If you watch their replays their damn HB looks like he is four times as fast as any other players on the field. He is not higher level than alot of player in the league so I've no clue how it can be that much different.

i think the owner shoved a rocket up his a$$ or something =)

Yeah... had fun with this game. Mixed up the tactics and tried some new stuff just before the play offs. I can see it almost cost us to play around with them like that. Doh! Well, at least I got the data we were looking for.

We at the Breakers decided to try some exciting new tactics, too. Like dropping the ball, and throwing to the other team, and then dropping the ball some more. Groundbreaking new ideas, years ahead of their time.

But, uhh, yeah. We did it on purpose, if anyone asks. For real!
