I have read that there is a lot of talk about throwing games in the playoffs so teams don't get promoted! I think that is absurd and defeats the purpose of why we are all here. But at the same time it might be the best option for an owner and his team. It turns out every Can A league is thinking of doing the same thing. No one wants to be promoted into a league that they will get killed in.

Every league has promotions/demotions which helps keep everything competitive. But every other league has had a full season to mature players, build bankroll, build up their stadium, build team chemistry all without a level cap. The teams that win the conference championships in a lower level aren't suppose to dominate in the next level, but they aren't suppose to get beat by 100 pts each game either.

There is a push to try and get the Admins to allow us a full season before we promote, not sure how likely this will be, but it is worth a shot.

Who ever end up being promoted to the Can AA is going to have to make one of two choices:
1) Cut the guys who got him there and say thanks but you are not good enough for me now and I don't need you anymore (which sucks balls!)
2) Stick with the guys who got him there and take a beating by a 15 teams full of level +20 players and be demoted after one season.

We are the trial run of mid-season team additions, lets let them no that it is unfair to promote any of us right now.

From what I have heard and don't quote me on this but there will be nobody going up from Canada A. Next season the level cap will be lifted and then after next season they will be promotions.

I for one would welcome the advancment and already got 10 high lev players comming on board for next season. I would never think of trowing the title game and think that if a team does they should be banned!

This game is about winning and if teams didnt sign low lev players they wouldnt be in this situation. Yes the cap sucks but you should have several lev14 or lev15 player by now if your are lucky they havnt boosted yet.

Enough of this lame posting about it. We have no say in it, so play to win and suffer if you took them low level players and think it wont be fair.. oh wait you dont have to worry because you wont be the team winning.

Oh also if my team is still here next yr it will be stocked with the best players I can find it might look like alot like pro team.

I love your courage but I tell you my team in Canada AA would destroy you guys. I think the A teams need another year for sure. Although there would be a couple teams I am sure you would give a good game too.

DUDE YOU ARE A PUSS. who cares if you have a few growing pains. your getting moved up or down because you don't fit here. if it takes a year or even 2 to be competitive oh well. you guys are a bunch a pussies and to throw a game is pretty damn weak! your the same kids that always got beat in a pick up game at the playground and took your ball and went home huh? take your wallups and play the damn game!!

also if they decide to move teams which i still haven't heard anything from an actual admin, they will move you somewhere you will somewhat fit in. not to a league where your average level is way below the rest of the teams in the league.

I agree let them move me if I loos there so be it, at least I would of won a title here to get moved.

hells yeah!! i was just thinking and this is a little off topic but i think it would be neat to have the champs from each A league(1-8) play each other to see who is the best A league team. just for fun. like scrimmages.
