I have read that there is a lot of talk about throwing games in the playoffs so teams don't get promoted! I think that is absurd and defeats the purpose of why we are all here. But at the same time it might be the best option for an owner and his team. It turns out every Can A league is thinking of doing the same thing. No one wants to be promoted into a league that they will get killed in.
Every league has promotions/demotions which helps keep everything competitive. But every other league has had a full season to mature players, build bankroll, build up their stadium, build team chemistry all without a level cap. The teams that win the conference championships in a lower level aren't suppose to dominate in the next level, but they aren't suppose to get beat by 100 pts each game either.
There is a push to try and get the Admins to allow us a full season before we promote, not sure how likely this will be, but it is worth a shot.

Who ever end up being promoted to the Can AA is going to have to make one of two choices:
1) Cut the guys who got him there and say thanks but you are not good enough for me now and I don't need you anymore (which sucks balls!)
2) Stick with the guys who got him there and take a beating by a 15 teams full of level +20 players and be demoted after one season.
We are the trial run of mid-season team additions, lets let them no that it is unfair to promote any of us right now.
Lets make sure our voices are heard!
