Dallas Horns vs Carribean Sphere
This game has alot at stake. Particularly the number two seed. Dallas can finish the season number two or fall to fourth. That equals a loss of a ton of cash for which ever franchise comes up short.
Dallas Horns
The Horns have quietly rose toward the top of the standings. They have taken everyone by surprise. This is a workman like team that just gets it done.
Offense
The Horns offense is anchored by a storng running game ranked third inthe conference with 2571. They like to put it in the endzone on the ground,31 rushing TDs which is only two off the league mark as well. The passing game is pretty middle of the pack, decent yardage but only 14td all year. Teh offense is effective, but far from the strength of the team.
Defense
This unit is where the Horns make their money. While the pass defense is toward the bottom of the league, the rush defense has allowed negative yardage on the year. The only West team that can claim that.
Sphere
Were borken down in the week 11 Game of the week. The Orangebloods matchup was a knock down dragout fight with the Sphere coming up just short. The sphere are a pounding rushing team among the league leaders in all stats. The defense is not only stingy, but explosive.
The Sphere have a true test, because the strength of Dallas is defending the rush. I see a low scoring affair.
Sphere 13-12
Chicago "MB" Bears vs Texas Roughnecks
First of all I need to start this off with an apology. Chicago, I never should have doubted you. You were a favorite preseason, you waited a little too long to boost but once you boosted, you are every bit the power house you were projected by me to be.
Matchup.
This game is a seasonal changing of the guard. This is the game that says to all Bears are out of hibernation and Roughnecks, your owner made a bone headed move. While the Roughnecks improved themselves late this season, the big aquisition of talent has put them in the position of next years team. As stated previously Texas does not have the chemistry to overcome the brutal talen at the top of the league.
Bears win, 35-13
Sorry about cutting the sphere analysis short, I have done them recently, and I have alot on my plate today. This is the best I can do under my current circumstances.
