Alright I know I have been a little quiet on the boards lately and I apologize for that, but To make it up for you, I will be kind enough to make a ballot for the Players of the year for all positions and post it, allowing owners and GMs to vote on them. After all the votes are tallied I will announce the proclaimed winners of each category. Since these awards are virtually meaningless, I will add a tidbit about each player for fun and to make it a better read then just a solid list. I will most likely use this up coming weekend to fully publish the list and allow voting and such to commence, but I thought since I have been so silent lately I'll try to do something nice to finish off the season.


To make sure I don't miss anyone the coaches might find important, you can send me up to 5 players from your team you might feel important. I will consider them and possibly add them to the Ballot. After the Ballot is published I will give until the end of the semi-finals to send me Via PM your votes. If everyone is o k with this I will start on it immediately.

To let you all know I will attempt to continue with my week predictions soon, but some things have caught up with me at work, and I am finding less time to do it. I'm sorry about that. I love to check in and see what I say too

I've never seen one of these work so it will be nice to see a completed project.

Yeah most of the time they don't, but I will try to make it work. I might just bother all the owners till they give it to me. If I don't get any votes in then I will post my awards anyways.

This would be awesome. I'm sure you can get it done Bordst. Most of the owners in this league are pretty active.

Aaron Allpro for QB of the year! lol i know I'm only second in passing yards all year but Im only lvl 15 and beating all the other QB's who are 5+ level's higher than me in most categories...think about it Bordst

Aaron Allpro pshwaaa! That dude sucks! Give it to the guy who helps out the other teams more than any other player Mike Howitzer. At 33 interceptions this guy has been helping teams beat the Hutu all year. Let's look at what it takes to be a good QB.
Good distribution- to many teams as well as the Hutu...check!
Accurate arm- when you factor in the completions (albeit to the other team) it goes waay up...check!
Poise under duress- I mean the guy still starts and plays all game even after all those picks...check!
Team leader- Hell, league leader. Take a look at the league leader board under "Passing" and look all the way to the right. Right on top where he should be...check!

That's right people a no brainer. Mike Howitzer for QB of the year.

Alright Alright, No advertising here wait till the ballot come out for that. Right now, I'm just putting that Ballot together for people to vote. I just wanted to know how much support I have for it.

Man, I never thought someone could convince me away from voting for my own QB, but you've done just that! You've got my vote man. rofl

Sweeeeet. That's one vote.

I've recorded the players that have been sent to me so far and I thank many of the coaches for their cooperation so far.

If you do send it in and you have a stellar FB please mention him even if you exceed the 5 player limit. that would help me a lot.

Also a good note, players you are sending in don't need to be the best. For instance please don't send me the league leading passer, because he obviously won't be overlooked. This is for players like FS or LBs or linemen who I might not see their effectiveness. Once again thank you.

Great Idea Borsdt, I really like our league forum. A lot of very active coaches and players! Keep up the good work men.
