07.08.08 is upon us. Melbourne and Perth are about to punch each other in the mouth. This is the game that the women and children need to be put in bed for. This game.. will not be for the weak and weary. Not for the faint of heart.

Do you like high scoring slugfests? Well, this game is not for you. This game will be a slugfest, no doubt. However, this will be without a doubt a defensive game. Which ever team can muster up a little bit of offense will win this thing.

This game does not have too much riding on the line accept bragging rights. Both teams are in the playoffs. The very most, this game could play a small part with the playoff seeding but, not much at all.

This game will just be one more W in the win column for one team and one more L in the loss column for the other. Sorry, Semineer, you guys WILL catch that L.

The punter will be the back-up QB for this game. Our back-up LT will be our MLB. And we are thinking about using our WR (Lazer) as 3rd RB with favorable sub in/sub out settings.

Thanks for the info. I'll throw the new depth chart into the D computer and see how it tells us to play against you..... Results are to blitz secondary on every play and have D-line play pass coverage. Linebackers are all going to get on all fours and bark like dingos till every play is over. Good luck.

Seriously though, these 9 and a half hours can't hurry up enough!

It's going to be a great game either way.

I'd bet there's not more than 26 total points scored, with the winner not coming out on top by more than 10. Defense rules this one.
