You will get a much quicker response from or mods or the community in general than you will via the support form.

For general info, the current mods are:

Tim Harper, Galkuris, Jed, dirk41, bigtisme, Serenity, hud, scarletmbb, tpaterniti, norsemanvike, Asheme, madet0rder and Myself.

I believe that's it.

Update:

Any time sensitive problems should NOT be sent to Bort. Please find a mod, or use the customer support form. PM's to me generally get buried pretty quick behind all the others I get, and I don't have a ton of time to answer questions, though I try. You may or may not get a response, and if you do, it's generally 5-10 days after you sent it.

If it's something that has to be addressed as quickly as possible because it's time sensitive (before nightly rollover, before a sim, etc), please contact a Mod and they will do their best to make sure we see it.

Please note that Mods are not employees of GLB, are volunteers, and they may or may not be around at all times. They regular Joes just like you, and are devoting their spare time to help us out.
