Whats everyone's take on last minute recruiting? like it...hate it...indifferent?

no issue with it, teams in the real world can add free agents for a playoff run, why not here.
What I'd like to see if an increasing chemistry penalty as you get closer to the playoffs.
Day 1-18 normal
Day 19-24 double
Day 25-28 triple
Day 29-32 quadruple
Day 33+ (playoffs) - no recruiting.
Or something along those lines to discourage late season recruiting, but still allow teams to do it if they want to, at a serious chemistry expense.

Sounds like a humdinger of an idea to me. Worthy of a post in the "Suggestions" forum.
