Backup ROLB, hence the low stamina levels. Do you all think this is a good way to build a LB?

You've basically made a CB at this point. He's still fairly low level, though, so it's okay. I would cool off on the tackling for now, and put the next 10-12 SP into agility. Meanwhile, train stamina mostly with a bit of strength. After you get your agility up to par, I'd get your stamina and strength into the mid 20's, at least. After that, though, I'd say you should be more than good. He's built well for the ROLB spot for sure.

He's a good coverage LB, but I don't think he'll ever shed a block against a lineman or FB of his own level, and he'll only be a good blitzer if he goes unblocked. He's a pure coverage LB, but not a good pass rushing or run stopping LB.

At LOLB, it'd be good to be focused on coverage because LOLBs cover TEs a lot.
For ROLB, I don't think its good to put coverage as your primary focus.

Since majority of the run plays outside are to the right, the ROLB has to be the faster of the linebackers, and he also covers Wrs in the slot. Our front 4 and Mlb does a pretty good job holding the run game up the middle.

The ROLB plays on what is the right side for the defense, but what is the left side for the offense. I think the offense runs to it's right, not the defense's right, correct?

ROLB is the nickel LB and needs to be able to both cover and pass rush. What he might be referring to is the ROLB has more cross field pursuits and needs the speed to get in on more plays.

Needs a TONNN more AGI to cover better. Other than that though, pretty solid.
