What are good EQs to look out for, for this type of player?

Passing QB should have Passing Quality% times 2. And then Passing Distance% also times 2 IMO.

Agree... QB SAs are pretty dire tbh so EQ has to be good

What would be the advantage of 3 PQ and 1PD?

2 x PQ, 2 x PD and CEQ in PQ

You should always "gamble" in the store because it isn't really gambling for QBs. The good stuff always hits.

Whatever hits first. If you get 3 PQs first, grab um, and use the CEQ for 2nd PD
