It depends... There would need to be the 5 SPs per level, and the ALG attributes would need to grow, and all of the TPs would need to be dropped in a glut...
Even if all of that happened,
#1 - A Catch-up dot here would never be as good. There's value in ALGs stacked with Training and soft caps
#2 - It would be really tempting to create dots on day 39 (for a large portion of the user base, despite #1) which would probably damage rookie leagues which already are a shart show
If everyone was cool with those issues, then yeah why not.
Fwiw, at this point, after 18+ years (which sounds F'ng crazy to say out loud) I'm ok with the issues.
But yeah, it's not as cut and dried as it is on the deuce. I get why it hasn't happened yet.

Not sure why the hate. Just because something exists doesn't mean you have to use it.
It would only effect rookie leagues, which no one really cares about as anyway.
My only issue is that Bort spends about 30 minutes a year developing this game. There's probably better uses of that time. I'd rather see some new default Ai or something.

Your lucky if it is 10 as far as developing the game goes. Need another server crash for there to be any considerable time spent assuming his backups are corrupt as well.......again!
