so I was planning on moving my farm team players up to main team this offseason, but it tells me they have to be 161 days old. So I assume I'll be taking a huge chemistry hit when I do. Is there any way to cut down on this?

Same as above. You can move them tomorrow and the chemistry should reset to 85 on either season rollover or day 1. It's been a few seasons since I last did the same thing.
