Gonna ask this question as it really doesn't hurt my feelings... what is the gap between the 2 tools and since Scout is so out dated, is it time to sunset?

It's different. I prefer scout personally but I'm also used to it. Scout has more options atm also.

His tool does better on auto designing dots based on preset desires, but when it comes to gameplan yours is still far better for me.

Do not take down Scout! It's the only site I use for the game.

Reality I wish I could port Scout to modern tech but the user base just doesn't dictate the need, and that is by no fault of yall... You guys are awesome, just sad to see the decline overall.

There's only like 30 people that play the game, unfortunately all the bad moderating back when the game was at it's height, and the data crash lost alot of people.
