This assumes a 0.5 ALG dot, with a primary attribute that can be modified by Weight or Height
(Strength, Speed, Blocking, Tackling, Vision, Agility)
Step 1: Use your Weight or Height to get your primary attribute to 26.xx or higher
Step 2a : Buy the 10% enhancement for that attribute
Step 2b: Train that attribute on INTENSE, exactly 7 times. That attribute will be at 29.xx + with 90+%
Step 3a: Boost exactly 1 time and 1 time only. The other 4 boosts will be saved for the end build.
Step 3b: 1-cap the primary attribute at 48.xx. Stop at the 1-cap and save those 3 extra SPs.
Step 4a: Buy the 20% enhancement for the attribute
Step 4b: NORMAL train that attribute, 3 times
Step 4c: Buy the 30% enhancement for the attribute
Step4d: NORMAL train it 4 more times just to burn TPs
If you don't, you'll bust the 60 TP cap.
Step 5: Stop. Do not spend any more SPs, BTs, or TPs. Do absolutely nothing until the day of the 4th game of the season.
You stop because of the nerf which disables training Break Throughs.
Step 6a: After the 4th game you'll have earned 15 SPs from leveling and you still have the 3 SPs you saved from before (18 SPs total) AND your ALGs will have gotten you a couple more points. Now you can start NORMAL training again. Depending on your luck, do whatever you need to do to get your attribute from 51.xx to 52 with a good training %, like 90+% again.
Note: If your games are on even days, you can do this step after roll over right before the 4th game. You'll hit Level 5 exactly with daily XP.
Step 6b: 2-cap your primary attribute with the 18 SPs you have on hand.
Step 6c: IMMEDIATELY BOOST 3 times, and 3-cap your primary attribute.

You can skip over the worst part of the training chart. You're effectively going from 48 to 68, and you're using the 3 of the 5 in-season boosts to do it. Your 4 other starting boosts are all locked away in a vault until the end of the build.
Step 7: You should still be sitting on a ton of TPs. Where you go from here depends on your goals.
You could pound out more Normal training and get the BTs needed to open up 4-way training with 30% enhancements in everything. You could also buy more enhancements if you're doing an extreme attribute build. You could boost up again in another day or 2, to get to the 4-cap.
Edit: Updated to include the 4 trains for even day dots.
