I just sent a new support request #139496 into Bort/DD to please fix a couple of presets! It would be great if some/all of you would send support a request to make the suggested changes by Ken and Ryan.

Here's what I sent with all the support ticket requests and yes there is a response in there from Bort to me. I honestly don't know if he had the time last season, but we need these fixes to those 2 presets.

"Trying this again this off season. Bort said he would look at the Casual Preset fixes to both Ken's (Pass First by Kenshizen) support ticket #139265 and Ryan's (Inside Run Heavy by RyanCane26) support ticket # 139435 to fix his preset that was nerfed. Both users submitted fixes to their existing presets that Casual as a whole would benefit from. I'll also submit my original support request #139400 with Bort's response to me on July 15, 2025 "Ok, I will take a look this offseason, assuming the requested changes exist and and are correct, etc. Thanks! Bort" I also sent a follow up request. Support ticket #139453 which went unanswered." Thank you, Kurt

I've sent support a ticket the past 3 seasons about this only to be shrugged off. I'll resubmit I guess.

Would be great, but we've been told time and time again that those presets are lost.

So to use the "new" two preset I have to select the last two of the drop down menu,correct ?

Hi Kurt,

Thank you for linking to the related support messages. The submitted fixes have been applied to new versions of those particular presets. If you want to use them, you'll need to change your tactics settings to select the new versions. The old versions will be removed after next season after everyone has had time to compare, change, copy, etc.
