If you build a price with an SA. Does the SA increase each upgrade or do you just get the 1 SA point?!

For kicker, how many AEQ and what should they be?
Kicking +3 then one of the SAs for each. Nothing else good for kicking.

Generally no. What you want to do is Multi train for way longer, so you end up with about 1150 extra BT (vs 1400 or1500 for 4 AEQ players).

Generally speaking, you want to use AEQ for the SAs. SPs that would have gone into SAs, should be used on Attributes.

My first kicker I did 29 in automatic just for fun I don't think it made a difference though, sounds like the penalty for SAs is pretty drastic after 13. Like the others have said multi train the entire time for a kicker. 3 pieces max.
On a side note, what's the highest anyone's gotten kicking attribute too? Was it helpful?

Highest Punting I've seen is this: https://glb.warriorgeneral.com/game/player.pl?player_id=4853168
I assume Kicking is similar.
EDIT: 170.2, from what I can see.

Eh. 113 isn't crazy with .67 ALGs. It's high as hell, no doubt, but people make WRs with 170 speed, and that's a .5 ALG build.

Since you're someone who builds great punters, can you share what you thought were the plusses and minuses of that retired build?

Oh boy. You went there with me. I'll try to keep it short. Ish. Maybe.
From what I can tell, a single point of Punting is worth about 2-3 points in Strength (just in added distance). So you can use it to really drive your distance up while keeping lower Strength (if you want a more well-rounded build), or you can drive Strength up as well to give your guy a massive leg.
Overall, I liked the build. I would go less Strength to add more Jumping and Speed. I also think Agility is really underrated for Coffin Corner accuracy, but I don't have anything other than a hunch on that one.
So if he was going for max distance, drop Strength to 93 to get Jumping up 10 and Speed to at least 40. If he wanted a more well-wounded build, then drop Strength to about 88 to also take Agility to 60-65.
My own Punter regularly kicks 65+ yarders, and he only has 163 Punting and 88 Strength. The 70 Jumping and 50 Speed help bring it up a bit, I think.
