When's the best time to buy a new team? Would it be after the last game of the season? during playoffs or what day.

You could buy any team for sale whenever u want. However, if you don't want to pay the FP's(Not Sure) for this Season buy it the beginning of next Season. However, if you want time to set it up correctly and aren't worried that it might cost extra FP's then you can purchase it now. However, if you do buy it now remember to set it to play Rookie next Season if you want to create new players for it as well. This is normally an option on the Team profile on D32(Tomorrow) if I remember correctly.

The Day buying the team doesn't really matter, if you're going to keep it. You'll get automatic renewal alerts.You could buy mid season and mess around with settings and see all the buttons for construction, finances and promotions and all the other stuff coordinators can see, but you'll want to reset it back to whatever age group (probably rookie). You can make all the mistakes and not have to worry about wasting a season of everyone's time.
The few times I've done a team, I bought mid-season, to get the logo/colors set and to have a team forum to invite players to for sign ups with GM invites.
Day 40 is probably the perfect day if you're going to let it expire because you can line it up with player contracts.
Also, if you're doing a rookie team, and don't plan on keeping it, you might as well wait until new teams open up on Day 41 - 42 or whatever, then you don't have to worry about the reset game.
