EDIT - SORRY, INTERCEPTION LB INSTEAD OF CB

Looking for good competitive teams for next season and possibly longer. Casual Pro, Pro and AAA teams on the way up and not going into decline will be considered.

Will only sign a one season deal the first season and then go from there for a multi year deal. Bonus if you can take both, but can split them up if needed.

I'm not on here everyday so please send a PM with your interest. Will make a decision by day 34 or so.

Your LB plays a considerable amount of MLB/ILB, why doesn't he have the CEQ SA tree bonus?

Disagree, look at your LBs tackling ratio...3 tackling SAs on top tree, as well as defense general, which helps the whole secondary.

He's a cover/int linebacker not a HHLB. I don't set up the depth charts or run the defense on that team.

Looking at your roster, you have like 3 contracts running past this season and 20+ going into decline. You might want to address some of that first before trying to recruit.

As for the top tree add on, if I thought adding 1 to each of the 5 SA's would make a difference, I would have done it. He's already spent all of his SP's and BT's so what's the big deal to add 1 point to the top tree?

Didn't say anything about recruiting a whole new team.

Now this is just my thinking, if someone is trying to recruit my player and they haven't addressed the expiring contracts on their own team yet, if they haven't PM'd me to lay out the plan for their team or my player, it's probably not the place for me or my players.

The expiring contracts need to be replaced by new recruits, such as your LB. Please reconsider my offer. Alamo City is a top notch team with excellent coordinating. Our owner is the best in the business in the world of finances as well, always providing top notch promotions for road games. Special teams coach is also a Hall of Famer, but that won't help you much since your dot can't tackle, won't be seeing any ST duty. Still have 11 days or so until your commitment deadline to reconsider us, let me know.

What if we have a more full roster by day 34? What would you say is the roster % you need to see to consider joining us? If I can have a plan with 80+% of the roster full, will that be good enough?

I can see if The Hitman is available to help me recruit and get it done.
