Charming SOA is looking for an experienced Casual OC to take us to the next level.

WHAT IF I told you that you’d be taking the reins to an offense with a 2x OMVP with an arsenal of high quality weapons?

WHAT IF I told you this team was won its Conference Championship two seasons in a row and has retained the entirety of its roster?

WHAT IF I told you the team is bought and paid for for the next several seasons, and there is no chance of a fold/reset?

WHAT IF I told you there is tremendous buy in and communication from the team’s Agents, as well is good feedback and participation on the Team’s forum?

WHAT IF I told you the Owner will work with you, and be VERY responsive to messages and posts, to ensure a collaborative, United effort?

WHAT IF I told you this team has consistently ranked in the top 2 of the League in almost all relevant offensive statistical categories, even with a moron (me) doing the OC duties?

WHAT IF I told you the League overall is fun, engaging, and competitive (at the upper levels anyway….there’s obviously bottom feeder CPUs still hanging around)

WHAT IF I told you that there would be something in it outside of the game for you…with potential kickers for winning the Tourney and the League Championship?

It wouldn’t take much. Just someone smarter than me when it comes to OCing a Casual Team with a ton of potential.

Don’t you just pick presets for casual? Or do you use the default thinner with weights and balances and such

There’s presets, yes. There’s also the opportunity to manually set your percentages. Sometimes it’s better to go one way, sometimes it’s better to go another…and I recognize that I’m not that spectacular at determining which. I know there’s crafty casual OC’S out there who have mastered the art of manipulating the little bit that we’re allowed to manipulate. I’d like such a person to OC my team.

I’m looking for that extra “little bit” to help push my team over the hump to glory.

Fair enough, I ran a casual team and messed around a bit. But there were not many presets at the time. Quite a few more now.

If I was able to take on additional OC duties, I'd be interested for sure. This sounds like a good team with good, creative and engaged ownership. Good luck - I hope you find your OC!

He really is a great owner! Gave me access to the team forum when I came back from my hiatus answering questions that I had about the game that had changed since I was away. Engages with the team throughout the season and off-season about the state of the team and after games when able to. If I had more knowledge or experience with the AI of the casual ranks, I'd be glad to help him out!

Appreciate ya. It’s looking like I’ll be doing it again this season, but I wanted to at least try this tactic. I know there’s guys who can do it better than me and I want the most for the agents on my team.
