Do we still get those preseason training points before season 5 starts and our dots are still 160 days old? I know there are no more after day 161 but I am hoping and that we still get the TPs before day 1 of the season like the previous seasons?

Yes, 36 after the season roll over. Translates to 108 BT max with all Light training.
