If the Rams weren't mostly in decline I think they take out River City easily. Hell, maybe they still do!

Can confirm. We have 1 set of tactics. Figure it out and you're good to go.

Not really. all Makaw Is interested in is MVP's. That's why he passes almost every down with his own QB.... spam those passes and if he doesn't win MVP, drop down to a league where he can.
