I'm sure I have seen this answered before, but can't find it.

Does Long Reach give the defender a second interception roll or just the pass deflection roll?

Does Sure Tackler give a second chance at force fumble or only the tackle?

LR is different from ST.

LR is specifically the DEF roll, because the INT roll is completely separate and happens before the DEF roll.

ST technically would be both. You have to make a tackle before the FF chance happens. If the tackle misses, then there's no chance at a FF. So, in theory, maybe you got unlucky with the RNG on a tackle roll. ST happens to fire off, and gives you a new roll. The new roll could go from very bad, to very good, and get you a shot at a FF.

But if you already made the tackle, then ST can't fire off, so it doesn't directly do anything for FFs.

Ok, so LR has no effect on a chance at an interception, good or bad.

ST though could pair well with power tackler and a power tackle focus in player tactics. In theory if player tactics are set to FF which increases the chances of a missed tackle, then a fumble force defender could get 2 opportunities to cause a fumble. Unless I am missing something...
