I haven't been around in 20 seasons, and perhaps I'm not up to date on the latest build steps. Nevertheless, I made a RTE as a condition of posting on the forums, and here we are. I'll train him him every day and boost at the times you tell me I'm supposed to. Based on the "old' set of rules, the build is off to a decent start, but you're free to tell me otherwise.

FWIW, Larry has built some of the nastiest RTE's back in the day. GM sent from ATKM, feel free to poke around, check out some of the build info and ask questions as you see fit.
