How important is confidence for a receiving TE? I noticed it's not a min or max attribute?

What level do people take it?

3 lines of thinking; I've seen all work

1) Ignore it all together (8)
2) Train it a little bit toward end of build (~20-25)
3) Train it earlier in the build (~40-50)

Overtime Killer

This player gets pumped when a game is close and time is running down. Each level of Overtime Killer gives a +2 energy refill at the beginning of overtime. In addition, the player gains a +5% bonus to all attributes during overtime or when the score is within 7 points during the last 20 seconds of the 4th quarter. Each level of Overtime Killer extends the 5% bonus by an additional 20 seconds into the 4th quarter.
Prerequisite: 40 Confidence

There's also supposed to be a Confidence check specifically involved in the catching process to avoid a penalty. There should be a quote floating around somewhere. There's also a quote about avoiding KLs/fumbles because of "flinching" due to low Confidence.

It's all about opportunity cost and also usage by the OC. Maybe your TE is wide open All the time. All training up to the 30-33 range is the most efficient. It seems like that would be an easy target for everyone, then you can decide for yourself if it's worth the extra SPs to get it to 40 or even a cap.

40 is all you need...but if you have a couple of points left over it doesn't hurt if you throw them here.
