It states within 7 points for 5% bonus. Does this count whether your down or up by 7 ?

fwiw... I always assumed both. You would want to for both, depending on the game, for sustaining drives when leading or trying to come from behind, and trying to get the last stop on defense but I've never seen that stated anywhere specifically
