I'm going to have an almost full roster of plateau dots available next season. Rather than conventional free agency or starting another team, I've always liked the idea of a GLB draft.
This is not for teams that are already competing at a high level necessarily, but those that may be missing a couple positions that could help make them more competitive and get them over the hump.
Any team that is currently in Pro or will be eligible for Pro or AAA next season can participate. No Casual, sorry. I'm still assembling the list of dots but an example of positions available are listed below. The ones that are at plateau already I will open their builds, but the younger ones you're just going to have to trust that they are CL quality builds. Unless instructed differently I will finish those dots exactly how I would for my own teams.
These will be originally 1 year contracts but more than likely will be longer term, as the reason they are available is no room on my teams. Anyone participating will send me the list of desired positions in order, in case an actual draft takes too long.
If there is not enough interested teams, I will do free agency as normal. I'm hoping for 10-15. If you wish to participate I'd prefer you select at least one dot, then you can skip your pick if you like. If anyone else would let to make their players eligible to be drafted feel free to volunteer, also.
I'll give this the rest of the weekend to gauge interest and see how to proceed. Post here or shoot me a PM if you wish to sign your team up from the 2024 GLB/RyanCane26 Draft.
