Offer an option to reset a players SP once they hit level 79. Maybe charge a certain amount of flex points to do this one time.

This can't be done. It invalidates the dot building process, but what's more it'd be "broken" in that it'd make major/minor attributes completely irrelevant. You could make a possession receiver and focus HEAVILY on the 4 major attributes (catch/jump/agi/vis) to get a high effective level, then do a reset and decide you want 170 speed.

You could maybe do like a partial SA reset of say up to 20 SP every offseason. Though I don't think there's a chance Bort makes a new reset mechanic with the necessary UI.

In GLB2 all attribute points are equal, so resets can happen. in GLB1, archetypes have a significant impact on different attributes and they can't be respec'd without breaking the game.
