Warrior General Games

It's not a perfectly normal build, but it's solid. Monster Hit does fire a lot more than I thought, but I wouldn't have any of it if it weren't for D-General.

AEQ is 4 in Def. General, so that could be swapped to something else if needed.

I don't dislike D-general but you do know it's only for inside LB's? So he'd be limited to MLB in a 4-3 and the 2 ILB slots in a 3-4. Just sayin, brother.

He can play MLB in 3-3-5 and 3-2-6 which are two of the most highly used pass defenses in the entire game.

What? Where else are you going to play that LB? With that speed he can cover The TE from either side, and any back coming out of the backfield; plus, his parameters range outside of TE to outside of BTE. And, he can play in a 4-4 because the defense general fires from either of the inside LB positions (Of course his build dictates he be in on passing downs, so he will probably never see a 4-4-3). I get it, you don't care for Defense General, but there others out there that do like it, that do think it works, I'm one of them.

OLB... specifically LOLB and ROLB out of the 3-4 and 4-3 and the 4-4 and 3-3-Stack (do we even have 3-3- Stack?). Any formation that has ROLB and LOLB. It's not a big thing... it just means you're wasting the build if you play him at any OLB spot. The build is fine. Said as much. As for Defense General, I believe I said I don't dislike it. I think I got it on a few HH MLB style builds. Don't think I ever got it on a cover LB. As for my own ideas about it, I also like FG for QB's too. I just don't always get it if I have other things more important to get 1st.

Micah Russo looks like a bit of a sleeper! Solid overall stats with good tackling and Rush Defense. An AEQ of 4 in Defense General isn't super high, but it could definitely be boosted with some training.

Stat doesn't matter because it's Borted. LB's and Safeties (and even DB's) get tagged with a 'target' and/or a 'reception allowed' based off of being "in the area" not off of player assignment. So a LB covering a TE might not be "in the area" of the WR the QB is throwing to... so no 'target' is applied... but then, when the ball is in the air the LB closes down (Borty logic... run to ball always) but is too far away to get a deflect or INT so catch is made while player is now "in the area"... so he gets hit with a reception allowed.

If you have a good walk-about through various teams, you'll find plenty of "More Receptions Allowed Than Targets". It's a f'd up stat.

The bots are just killing me on this one.
