Hey now, hindsight is 20/20. 
It is soo damn hard to Rank 10-20. Varying schedule difficulties, and random upsets, etc.
For example, Athens beats MM and Dayton but lost to DEATH VALLEY who lost to both MM and Dayton. My gut tells me that MM is probably the best of the 4, but Athens beat them and has some other nice wins. Another tough one is Hood, they are one of the VERY few teams playing RC26 tough, and have had a brutal schedule. The most hard is figuring out where London and Johannesburg belong. Two toughest schedules by far, and I consider them roughly in the same breath as Athens, MM, Dayton, etc. So it's really hard to justify ranking them below PRO1B teams due to their schedule, however, I don't see either of those teams being undefeated in PRO1B either.
