Fix Endorsements please!!!

The current endorsement bonuses are based on a 7yr building process; Therefore those current endorsement values to be revamped for the new 160 day process.

EDIT: Additionally, the league structure is different and not based on age in the same vein as before. Thus each of the leagues above rookie need fixing as well.

Wanted to add that a Retired Player got one of the corporate sponsors in Pro 1.

would like my power rush qb,s when they are fortunately able to get a end, that its a rush type one, not a passing one

I still think the AEQ rolls need to be adjusted too

@ L79, the number of rolls is obviously working, but the quality still seems off

3 blank SA pieces, 1 out of 8 had a +3? The entire scaling system seems off. It's not just that those pieces happened to suck for the position, but that is also true.

Guys... I'm not saying I wouldn't mind it if Bort did a bit of changing on EQ shopping...
... and I am NOT criticizing anyone else's methods of doing AEQ (building or shopping)...
... but out of 24 builds, I have 4 AEQ on them all and not just crap... all through shopping... and only one dot (one I somehow totally screwed up) did not get all 4 AEQ filled completely (he ended up 1 short). This is pretty much what I've seen, and been doing, for years now... even before the crash. IMHO, I do agree it seems like I'm seeing more 'totally worthless pieces' (meaning neither the skill boost OR the bonus matches the dot it's being rolled for)... but, %-wise, I'm still seeing the same percentages of "good" vs "bad". If I wasn't, trust me... I wouldn't have 24 dots with 4 AEQ, all finished completely. Someone would've ended up with 3.

Both AEQ shopping and endorsements feel 100% like they were based on age, not level ... hopefully Bort gets a chance to look at it. +1

I'll post a link to this thread on Discord. Maybe he'll take a peek. FWIW, I agree mostly, especially with Endorsements. Not sure if he can... or wants to... address AEQ. I mean, yeah... the gear we're seeing lately is pretty crap but the %'s of good to bad ratio remains... for now.

i got 3 endorsements at 3 levels and they were all +1s pretty much verifying that they were tied to the old age leagues
