Yeah... something is messed up somewhere. Bort was to have fixed Peewee boosting to put it back in line with what the original concept was... which meant you couldn't use those early boosts and still be on a Peewee team. After the crash, that was lost and plenty of Peewee-heads weren't happy about it. Even though I no longer play Peewees, it's how I got my start in the game (Long live the Kill Devil Hill Flyers!) and I agreed with them that being on the exact same boost schedule as regular leagues kinda defeated the soul of Peewees. Bort changed it... last season?... I think. But, obviously, there's a glitch in the matrix.

So... how is SHOULD work; Agents can create dots anytime (off season of previous season or preseason of current one) but, like before, cannot boost until start of next season. Peewee dots are supposed to be level -0- at start of (pre)season. They have 5 boosts available to them to use at any time after the start of the new season.

All of this was supposed to put Peewee's back to it's normal position. The rules being exactly the same as it was before the crash. Somehow it got forgotten when the advanced growth system was installed so Bort was summoned, and asked, and begged, and cajoled, and cried to, and yelled at, any anything else we could throw his way. Last season (I believe) he posted he had fixed Peewees back the way it was before and that boosting early was no longer a "thing". Looks like it still needs work.
