Normal teams cost 1000 Flex Points for the first two seasons, so if I buy it now will S102 count as one of those seasons? Or should I wait a few days till rollover?

No, if you buy now I believe S103 would count as the first season, as the cost of buying the team is no longer pro-rated down.

It's always 2 seasons from whenever you buy it. If you bought it on like Day 10, it would expire in 2 seasons on Day 10.
