The global rankings should not include teams not playing globally. If you are going to keep rookie and sophomore from playing other tiers you shouldn't keep them in global rankings as they will always throw off the global numbers.

I agree. The Dynasty Ranking doesn't include Rook & Soph and neither should the Global Rank. Or, teams in those tiers should be well down the list, only be able to pass the lowest ranked teams from Pro & Vet (if at all).
