Offense had a time out, inside the 20 yard line. Running play ends with 28 seconds left. Why wouldn't the offense call a timeout and kick a field goal?

Because end of half/game tactics code has been broken at least as long as I've been here. It's one of the most recurring complaints, yet it never seems to be addressed. Welcome to GLB2.

Yep. There should have been a timeout after that play. That's a bug for sure.
