My computer has password so it auto logs me in. But i cant remember it to retire players.
When i do password reset it takes me to www1.com.com but wont let me reset it. Is that normal?

Hey Jack. Before that check your browser settings. Many have a 'Saved Logins' page that contains all your saved passwords. If you use Firefox, it's really easy to find and it'll show you the passwords.

I tried. I couldnt see the password. Appreciate the help though.

Been having this same issue with my original account, no solution. Looks like the domain was sold or something

You can change your password in Account Settings and your saved password should work in Old Password.
