so (based on what I’m seeing) I’m assuming that pass blocking is universally known to be a wash? The best QBs in the game have offensive lines built to run. The difference between the two is way too noticeable. Our pure pass OT struggles (and doesn’t even really play that great) against just the pass, while pure run blockers seem to be pretty good in both aspects of the game.

I don’t think it should be nerfed, but I do think blocking needs to be better leveled so it makes sense. If our guy has 60 -70 more points invested in both pass blocking categories, I do not expect them to perform the same as the OT rocking out with 20-30 in pass blocking - especially against defensive linemen with SAs that are pass based.

Really good run teams get getting bailed out by this, making them all around dangerous. If it’s West Coast then that’d be pretty awesome for efficiency sake, but no QB should be chucking up 40+ passes behind a shifty offensive line and putting up numbers.

Based on a lot of the open builds, it seems that “fix your builds” essentially means the game isn’t all that dynamic as opposed to static? Looking at them they look objectively bad honestly, but I see the numbers that the team overall puts up so I’m so confused at this point.

Regardless, pure run blockers with low stamina should not be running the game currently the way they do. They’d be out the real league.
