I think the last day of off-season should be set to a specific day like Day 46 instead of not knowing when the off-season will end (for example: if I’ve be offline for a day or two thinking I had time before the next season starts and I came back to the new season already started).

Offseason does end on a certain day, it ends on day 44

Ya for a minute I thought I was wrong here, Bort did the same at the end of season also, but I thought I read last.season that he added a day to make sure everyone had their stuff done.

This season no explanation as to why it is day 45 I don't know maybe he changed it to end day 45 from day 44.

One reason Bort went to the dump of TP on day -1, as it's done now, is so there would be flexibility in the post-season (days 41-4x) every time, if he needed to extend it by a day or two for whatever Bort reasons he has. This off-season, he needed 1 extra day, apparently. I don't think he's going to go much into why every time, that's just where my expectation level is set.
