Now that we get vet xp by age and not level, we should always wait until the end of the season to boost or boost when we need to get a beautiful skill capped? I don’t want my coordinator yelling at me for missing out on vet points

Perhaps the query would be; "Are VP's based on Age or Level"?

Veteran Abilities
Day 0-40, you receive 0 veteran XP per day.
Day 41, you will receive +2 VPs
Day 41-80, you receive 500 veteran XP per day.
Day 81-120, you receive 600 veteran XP per day.
Day 121-160, you receive 660 veteran XP per day.
Day 161-200, you received 0 veteran XP per day.
Day 200+, you will receive 325 veteran XP per day.

VAXP is completely age based.
boosting to increase VAXP does not exist anymore.
so boost late season or if needing an attribute capped.

This right here. All dots the same age will have the exact same VP/VXP, regardless of level/boosts used.

This is what I read from the Bort annoncement:

Age 161+
Plateau age. No more XP or TP earned until plateau ends, just like the old system.
Boosts allowed: 10 at any time up to a maximum of 30 total career boosts

After Plateau Ends (up to +200 days)
TP/day: 2
VXP/day: 325

XP stops being gained once a player reaches 48000 total XP earned (not counting boosts).
With boosts and XP levels earned, a player should be able to reach 48k XP and level 79 on day 31/32 (week 16) of their 4th season.

Is plateau for sure 5 seasons (200 days)?
No, that's just what I have kept it as for now, as that is what everyone's used to. Increasing it to 6 or 7 or whatever is easy, and I'm open to that suggestion. Obviously it also needs to encourage some churn for players at the top, so new blood can have a chance. Keep that in mind when there's discussion on it.

That wasn't intended.

Bort doesn't update announcements like that, I think, the old ones just get made obsolete by new ones. But yeah, I think your timeline is right. Unless plateau is even a half-season longer than 7 seasons...if you go by what it says on the "Boost Player" screen now, you get 10 days of plateau per boost, which would be 300 days of plateau for a fully boosted dot, which would be 7 and a half seasons. But either way, yeah, your timeline is more correct, and is right about the Vet XP and training points kicking back in once decline starts.
