No, the 36 TP dump for existing dots (dots age 1-40 days) will happen on day -4 of season 101 (when season rollover happens).

Not only that but, if truly paranoid about it, be sure to set the 'Training Goal' to 1 point over whatever BT's your dot currently has. That way, even IF you forgot to de-select the 'auto-train' box OR you don't trust it to NOT auto-train, the worst it can do is train 1 time only then it would be forced to stop as 'training goal' would be met.
