Kicker and Punter. Kicker actually needs the least as it's rare for it to have more plays than the punter... unless you're playing CPU teams... then, if you're winning 255-0... does it really matter? Punter generally has a few more plays than the kicker (in normal good ol' tough head to head matchups)... but still rarely has as many plays as most other dots. (My take? 25-35 for a kicker... 30-40 for a punter.)
Pure STOP only players. If you don't play on Offense and Defense then you only play 1 play at any time and get plenty of rest in between. However... nothing drains stamina like running the full length of the field so you need more than the average bear (I would think 50 is good here).
Position depth. I know some teams use 3 guards... some 4. Obviously, if you're on the 1st team you'll need more stamina than if you're on the 2nd. Maybe +10 more?
QB's. One or two? If you play on a team where there are 2 (real) throwers... or on a run heavy team with a RQB or one that uses HB's at QB for some QB runs... then you might not need 60+. Maybe 55 can cover it.
These are just things I've seen over the decades... but some might have a better take on it than me. Feel free to post here and contradict my take. I'm just as interested as anyone else on this.
