On a 5-2 the LB's should be LILB and RILB, not MLB and LOLB. 2 good arguments
1. A 5-2 ILB is in reality very similar to a 3-4 ILB which is correctly set.
2. Functionally most play a high STR LOLB with low SPE which isn't good in a sideline to sideline role. (ILB). Therefore the current set up commits you to having an on the ball OLB and not playing a 5-2. Or always having your LOLB be off the ball (assuming your other LOLB is coverage)
