If I may? I think Bort is wanting better 'Blank' AI starters. I think he knows packages won't be a part of them... or created plays. What he does know is making an AI from scratch takes time and that several OC's and DC's (I'm one of them) would make a 'Blank' AI... with no outputs or plays or packages... but it would have 1st through 4th quarters, 1st through 4th downs, specific important spots in the game (like last 2 minutes of 2nd and 4th quarters), and Overtime. No downs or distances... no score or time settings... no 'adjust quickly or not' settings... just a blank that you can easily program to your style. I could be wrong but I think this is what he's looking for.
