As weird as it looks, I think it's actually correct and legal per NFL rules. If the ball is blocked and goes past the LOS, then it's just dead, unless someone from the defense touches it, at which case it becomes a live ball again and can be recovered by either team.

How do I know that? Oh, no reason... (Leon Lett vs. the Dolphins in the snow to cost the Cowboys a game)

Its actually not a bug; that is actually the real rule and that is what happened.

On our forum we were joking around however that it was a planned 'fumblerooski' play because it really looks intentional. In a way you could say it was due to us having the ST blocker at LS making it easier for them to block the kick but really how often does that happen and what are the odds the ball would go directly to the G so perfectly he could waltz into the end zone? Still, it worked, so I'm saying we called 'glass' on that bank shot

If anyone is interested, here is the order of events:

The FS at the 'NT' spot immediately gets around the LS (KP) forcing our RG (Scott Wall) to pick him up (inside first is the typical blocking credo) leaving the FS they had rushing from the left DT spot (Max Hutchinson) a free lane to block the kick. However, our LS (KP) had moved over to her left after getting beat inside, and with her help our strong blockers decimated that side of the line, Max Hutchinson having blocked the kick left that lane clear, and our RG Scott Wall instapancaked the FS (being that its a FS) so no one was left to stop our unoccupied RG (Scott Wall) from picking up the ball and waltzing into the EZ as it effectively became a 'draw play' for the 2 pt conversion.

The moral of the story is, this is why you put some big guys on the dang line of scrimmage. Even if all those speedy guys manage to block a kick, you still could end up screwed. The other moral of the story is: how many FS does KC have on their roster? Holy crap that is a lot of safeties...
