One of them should see a positive to their bench players - but everyone takes a very minor hit on both sides of the ball on the bench at the moment.
The on field hit seems to work properly, but all players on both teams lost 1-4 morale (one player took 0, high heart I guess) from the bench when it happened. It's odd that the hit is so small in the first place, but definitely shouldn't be applied to both teams, or one needs a tiny boost instead.
