It's a little frustrating, okay a maddening amount, that drops are basically ENTIRELY hands and that you have to have 90+ or else it just happens an absurd amount.

Like, 90 aware and 75 hands shouldn't be dropping 20+ a year guys, it's just the truth.

It's a 20% rate or so with those stats.

Not sure what you mean, this guys has 78 hands and 58 awareness, with little to no drops on the season compared to his targets.

I am not really seeing that high of drops by any of my dots/teams.

50 hands, 50 Aware only 4 drops out of 73 targets..

it's moreso about actual catches than target rate as a drop really only happens when a catch should have easily occured.

And yeah, comparing those numbers drops are quite a high occurance.

4 drops 24 catches, just under 20%

the rate happens about there til you hit 90 hands, then it just goes away for the most part.

that's pretty crazy, 96 catches and only 4 drops is under 5% - for those numbers that's really, really good. I'd wager though if you looked around at everyone else under 90, you'd see the same 15-20% rate compared to catches.

It may mean you're on to something else besides hands that lowers drop rate by the build - I know footwork tends to also help in lowering drop rate, but it also takes a strong investment.

are you talking about your S*WR? You only have 10 drops on 131 targets

Brennen's drops keep going up season after season, and so too does his average catch. Seems like standard speed receiver stuff to me. Don't see a problem.

This is in general, but 10 drops on 46 catches is over 20% - drops dont happen per target, and frankly they don't even happen per catch, they happen when you are unobstructed and have a free shot at a catch.

There are catches that happen with a defender draped on you, and that's still his most common type of catch, if you are going by wide open catches the rate is more like 40-60% until you hit those magical high hands numbers - or whatever Edgar's doin.

4 drops in 219 targets. And Tebow ain’t the best passer.

And Percy doesn’t have the best hands.

Then again…..he does catch a ton of screens.

4 drops on 148 catches is pretty impressive - but screens also seem to have a very high bonus to not being dropped.

btw that 15-20% rate is about the highest you will see among drop leaders in college and nfl ball. So the guys falling into this rate are among the stoniest hands in the game.

And the leader last year in the NFL was at an 11% rate - so it's not like that high is a given.
