It's not so much getting started, or multi training, or using BTs for enhancement, or training as close to 99% till I am ready to train over.
I will try to explain this the best I can. I know somewhere there is a red and green color chart that shows the worse times to train an attribute.
For example, once an attribute reaches 33, you don't want to train it again until you have reached the first cap by adding SPs (48.06)
