Doesnt it only fire on 3rd and 4th downs?

Personally I don't love it. Maybe it makes sense on a short yardage specialist rb?
Other va's is rather have on a qb, honestly.

Buried in bort posts from years ago, one of the big things Clutch does is to help SAs fire (on 3/4 downs and end of game). Being a defense guy, I have no comment re: QBs, but I always felt that if you had an SA-heavy position it could be worth it (if the SAs were the kinds that need to "fire" and not the kinds that give constant static bonuses)
